Welcome to HaiTap (“the App”), operated by Sanmao Ershu Technology Co., Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our App and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.
To use this App, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction;
Use the App only for lawful purposes;
Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or using the App.
If you access the App on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind them to this Agreement.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this Agreement or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate app functions;
Create multiple or fake accounts for personal gain;
Engage in fraudulent behavior, spam, or data manipulation;
Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App’s code or content;
Upload harmful, defamatory, or illegal material.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination, or legal action.
The App may offer tasks, referral programs, and reward opportunities (“Activities”).
All rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked in cases of fraud or abuse.
Withdrawals are processed only through supported payment channels (e.g., PIX or PagBank) and may require identity verification.
The Company reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate any reward program at any time.
All content, design, text, images, and other materials available within the App are owned by or licensed to Sanmao Ershu Technology Co., Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners and protected under applicable laws.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:
Violated any part of this Agreement;
Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity; or
Caused harm to other users or to the App’s operation.
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Certain obligations (e.g., legal or financial responsibilities) may continue to apply.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about:
The App’s accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability;
The suitability of any content or functionality for a particular purpose;
The performance of third-party services integrated into the App.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanmao Ershu Technology Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:
Lost profits or data;
Service interruptions;
Unauthorized access or data breaches caused by external factors.
We may modify this Agreement from time to time.
When updates occur, we will notify you through:
An in-app notice or pop-up message;
Updated text within the App;
Email or other communication channels (if applicable).
Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in the jurisdiction where Sanmao Ershu Technology Co., Ltd is located.
