HaiTap Account Deletion

If you want to delete your HaiTap account and associated personal data, please follow the steps below.

Delete Within the App

Log in to your account
Go to Settings
Select "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps

If you cannot access your account, please use the contact method below.

How to Request Deletion

Send us an email from your registered address:

Email: [email protected]

Please include the following information:

Your HaiTap User ID (if visible in-app)
Registered phone number
Country/Region
Brief reason for deletion (optional)

Email Deletion Request

Processing Timeline

We will verify your identity and process deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

What Will Be Deleted

Account profile and identifiers
App activity records and related usage data
Stored preferences and in‑app settings

Note: Certain records may be retained as required by law or for security purposes and will be deleted or anonymized after the applicable retention period.

Reactivation

After deletion, your account cannot be restored. If you return to HaiTap, you will need to create a new account.
